From the time the patients contact us, our specially trained international patient representatives will act as their main liaison with Medical Park and ensure effective communication. The multicultural staff at the International Patient Center offers numerous special services and amenities to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The International team is dedicated to making patients and their families feel at home by focusing on their cultural needs and by providing individualized attention. Medical Park understands that visiting a hospital, especially in a foreign country, can be stressful and for that reason our International Patient Center staff is ready to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

At the International Center, our team takes great pride in providing highly personalized services. The staff members of the International Patient Center are compassionate and sensitive to the special needs of all cultures and they strive to make every patient’s experience as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
International patient referrals are examined and assessed by a specialized medical staff so that cost estimates for treatment can be provided to patients before they travel to Medical Park. In order to improve the accuracy of quotes, patients will be asked to provide their most recent medical records or diagnosis in English.
The clinical coordinator will provide estimates and deposit information to ensure his or her understanding of charges and costs.
In Medical Park, we offer a wide range of specialist medical services, both outpatient and inpatient. International patients who contact the center will be asked to provide a copy of the most current medical information related to their clinical condition. Medical information already translated into English is required in order to complete the review and scheduling process. Medical Park International Patient Center will refer each inquiry to the appropriate department and schedule the earliest appointment convenient for both patient and physician.

Medical Park will support your medical visa application by working with Turkish embassies or consulates in your country to provide documentation of your pending medical treatment and appointment. The Center will make every effort to expedite the processing of your visa. However, only the embassy or consulate concerned can approve a visa application. Medical Park International Patient Center requires a copy of your passport upon arrival and before your first scheduled appointment.
Medical Park International Patient Center maintains relationships with a number of hotels and residential businesses. After you arrive, Medical Park representative will work with you to identify accommodations that best suit your needs.
Please make sure to bring all of your medical records and diagnostic materials to your medical appointment, if you have not sent them beforehand. The following items will be required to schedule your first appointments:
• Your passport or other valid form of ID
• Demographic information, including name, home address, phone contact (including local contact number or cell), e-mail, date of birth
• Detailed insurance information, including insurance name, policy and group number, insurance contact phone number
• If you are a government-sponsored patient, please bring a letter of authorization from your embassy
• Full medical records, including all related exams and surgery reports, treatment records and laboratory results
• All films (old and current) from imaging studies such as X-Rays, MRIs and CT scans, along with any other relevant reports
